Chicken Legs and Thighs sautéed with Eggplant, Tomatoes and Garlic then simmered in the exotic Moroccan Spice, Ras al Handout.
September 17–23: Lamb Ragu
Ground Lamb in a rich Tomato Red Wine sauce with Mediterranean spices served over Pasta tossed with Cream and Parmesan.

September 24–30: Escargot Appetizer
Escargot sautéed with Garlic, Spinach Tomatoes, Mushrooms, White Wine and Cream with Puff Pastry and Candied Bacon.
