All classes are 5:30–8:30 pm for cooking classes; 6:00–8:30 for wine classes, unless stated otherwise.

Wine Class: French Rosés, The Latest ArrivalsINSTRUCTOR: ANTON MALETIC
The 2024 Rosés have arrived and at this class you will have the opportunity to taste seven Rose's from different regions across France. Experience the subtle differences between a Rosé made from Cabernet Franc and one made from Pinot Noir? How about a Rosé made from Grenache and one made from Cabernet Sauvignon? Discover what your favorite is, if you can decide! As usual, Chef Alejandro will create a special four course menu to compliment these wines. Join us!
