Think Bouillabaisse, Chateau d’If and Bandol wine. Part Wine, part food and part travel log, this class we will explore Marseillaise and its surrounding region. The land of “The Man In The Iron Mask”, “The Count Of Monte Cristo” and countless other stories is also the home of the famous seafood specialty, Bouillabaisse. You will enjoy this dish along with some of the great wines of the region, Bandol and Cassis among them. Five wines, four courses and a little history of the region will be covered. Cost: $85 per person all-inclusive

Just in time for the coming summer season we will taste a variety of Rosés from a variety of locales. Sure, with that T-Bone Steak you’ll be drinking that special Bordeaux or Cabernet, but while standing over a hot grill on a warm summer afternoon, a cool refreshing Rosé is what fits the bill. Young, chilled rosé compliments a plethora of menu options and this food friendly quaff is taking the world by storm. Come and discover why. A four-course meal and six Rosés will be enjoyed.
