Spring Has Sprung—Time for RoséInstructor: Anton Maletich

Warm and sunny days are on the way and what better time to enjoy a cool, refreshing glass of Rosé. I have selected a line-up of some of the world's best roses and you will have the opportunity to taste these little gems side by side. How does a Rosé from Provence compare to one from Piedmonte? How about a Sancerre Rosé next to one from Croatia? Judge for yourself from these and more. Join us for this fun, informative class served with pairing menu. We hope you can make it! $85 per person all inclusive.

Thursday, June 13

Wines From Georgia—Birthplace of ViticultureInstructor: Anton Maletich

When I say Georgia I don't mean the home of Scarlett or the Braves. Nestled between the Greater Caucasus and Lesser Caucasus mountains, Georgia forms a bridge between Asia and Europe. Over centuries invaders swept through it, Persian, Greek, Roman, Turks, Mongols, Russians. And through all that, Georgians have gone on making wine. That's been more than 8,000 years! Taste a selection of some of these truly unique wines and learn a little history about the world's oldest wine making region. A pairing menu will be served. $85 per person all inclusive.

Thursday, July 18

Come Along for the Ride!—Tour de France 2019Instructor: Anton Maletich

The most famous bike race in the world is the Tour de France. And we want to take you along for a ride of tasting the wines from seven regions that this race passes through. This is armchair travel at its best, we drink wine while they pedal! Our pairing menu will be reflective of the foods of those regions as well. By the time we are finished, we will all be seeing yellow. A Yellow Jersey, of course! Six wines and tasting menu: $85 per person all inclusive.

Stay tuned for more incredible classes!
