All classes are 5:30–8:30 pm for cooking classes; 6:00–8:30 for wine classes, unless stated otherwise.

Bordeaux and Cognac Cooking & Wine ClassInstructors: Chef Chris Thielman & Karen Thielman
The Bordeaux Region is rich in heritage, wine and foods. We will be preparing some of the typical foods of the region and tasting some velvety Bordeaux and Cognac to match. The menu includes: Potatoes Boulangère, Entrecôte with Bordelaise Sauce, Puits d’Amour (Custard-filled puff pastry dessert). 5:30–8:30 PM
Cost: $125 per person plus gratuity. If you enjoy your meal service, a tip for the server after the class is always appreciated.
