Join us for cooking & beverage classes that are approachable, inviting and creative

All classes are 5:30–8:30 pm for cooking classes; 6:00–8:30 for wine classes, unless stated otherwise.

It’s almost that time of year again, time for enjoying days and evenings spent out of doors and relaxed meals celebrated al fresco. These special meals call for special wines and at this class we will explore wine selections that pair great with grilled and BBQ food. Maybe you’ll discover some new favorite combinations! Red, White and Rosé wines will all be featured along with some of Chef Alejandro’s tasty creations from the grill. Get a head start on summer.

Wine Class: French Rosés, The Latest ArrivalsINSTRUCTOR: ANTON MALETIC

The 2024 Rosés have arrived and at this class you will have the opportunity to taste seven Rose's from different regions across France. Experience the subtle differences between a Rosé made from Cabernet Franc and one made from Pinot Noir? How about a Rosé made from Grenache and one made from Cabernet Sauvignon? Discover what your favorite is, if you can decide! As usual, Chef Alejandro will create a special four course menu to compliment these wines. Join us!
