The Wines of Chateauneuf du Pape Instructor: Anton Maletich
Oh, the wines of Chateauneuf! They are so unique and so tasty. Both white and red wines in this small region of the Rhone produce wines that must be tasted. And the word Terroir has never been more meaningful than in this area. The very rocky soil is the secret to their complexity. Anton will speak more on the special soil as well as explain much about his carefully chosen wines. Wines from this area are limited so tasting them is important and just may give you some good ideas for your Thanksgiving Day celebration. Cost: $100 per person

New Ideas for Your Thanksgiving Feast Instructor: Donna Hesik
Tired of the same old, same old for Thanksgiving. Yes, there are some traditions that can't be changed, but small changes can make that traditional feast taste new and fresh again. Tips on making ahead, suggestions for food to take if you are not hosting and special hostess food gifts will make this class fun, tasty and informative. Wines served at this class will be Thanksgiving Day friendly! Cost: $65 per person

Bubbles, Bubbles, Bubbles Instructor: Anton Maletich
This class is our tradition to kicking-off the Holiday Season. If you have never attended one of our December Champagne classes, this should be on your list. Make it a surprise early Christmas present to someone on your gift list ... or maybe even a gift to yourself! This class will discuss the types of sparkling wines and the various types of Champagne. Of course, we will be tasting along the way ... it couldn't be more fun. A nice array of appetizers will be served to complement our bubbly. Cost: $95 per person
