Champagne and Other SparklesInstructor: Anton Maletich
'Tis the season and no better time than to get your sparkle on! This wonderful class tradition, kicks off the Holiday Season with incredible sparkling wines including vintage champagne. Party appetizers will be matched to the wines. So it's a party... it's a class... it is definitely a must-do on your Holiday list. Cost: $95 per person.

French Macaron ClassInstructor: Head Pastry Chef, Heather Buchan
French Macaron Recipes are usually basic, but it is learning the right technique that makes your venture into making the macarons successful. This hands-on class will give everyone the opportunity to learn and practice these techniques. The class will be taught by our Head Pastry Chef, Heather Buchan. The cost is $30 per adult and $15 per child (ages 6–12). Up to 2 children per adult, please. 10:00 am–1:00 pm
