In France everyone must be married by a judge or justice of the peace then they can be married in a church if they choose. Danielle and Alexis' legal marriage was held in the small Mairie in the village of their family's country house. We didn't quite make the ceremony as we got lost, even with a GPS! However, we did make it for the party at the country house.
