Poulet in a Cremant cream sauce: Company worthy, this chicken dish made with sparkling wine and cream should be in everyone's repertoire. You will learn the tricks to make it tender and perfectly flavored.
Gougeres: In this class you will master the art of making pâte à choux. This dough is typically used to make cream puffs, but we will be putting a savory spin on it to create this beloved French appetizer that is typically served with Champagne.
Pink Reims-Style Champagne Biscuits: You will learn the secret of how to make these slightly sweet pink biscuits.
