February is the month for Bordeaux at Suzette's L'Ecole. Each February we celebrate this world famous wine region with a class and paired tasting menu. This year you will have the opportuniy to taste and learn about wines from Margaux, Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Graves and Sauterne. We will cover the different grape varietals, soils and a bit of history about the world's most famous vineyards.
This year we are also delighted to have Chef Chris Thielman as our guest chef. Chef Thielman retired from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn after thirty-two years as a Culinary and Pastry Arts instructor. He holds certifications as a Certified Culinary Educator and a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. Join us for this special evening: Six Wines, Four Courses.
Cost: $150 per person plus gratuity. If you enjoy your meal service, a tip for the server after the class is always appreciated.
