The story starts June, 1992. The place...Barcelona. For three months, the summer of 1992, I lived in this fascinating city. As evening would come upon us we would hit the Cava Bars, so this is a great way for our class to start. We will enjoy typical tapas with our Cava along with Tortilla Español and Patatas Bravas. Dinner time begins at 10 pm. There are no 7 pm reservations in Spain! In our class will learn to prepare a unique crepe dish called Canalons a la Barcelona served with a Spanish Red and then we will end with Tarta Santiago and a glass of Sherry.
