Take a wine trip through Provence starting with a traditional summer refreshment, Pastis. Then win(d)e through Provence sampling the wines of Bandol, Cassis and Brignobles... Whites, rose' and reds from Provence all seem to have one thing in common, delightful! We will also be tasting typical Provencal foods such as a salade nicoise from Nice and Chef Luis' Bouillabaisse from the exciting seaport of Marseille. Several other items on the menu will make you feel like you've made the journey to Provence.
